MEP

MEP is th acronym for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering in the building or construction industry.It is the aspect of construction engineering that focuses on the three technical disciplines which include the systems that make building interiors very palatable and pleasant for people to live in them.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are an essential part of building services. Typically, they are designed by MEP contractors and consultants for that particular purpose. However, considering coordinaton, MEP systems can be challenging but they must satisfy many purposes and condtions for design, maintenance, commissioning, installation, and operation.

Presently founder and Managing Director of AMOGAH Facility Management (P) Limited & AMOGAH ASSOCIATES offering services to various clients for Property Management/Facilities Management and offering Consultation for Property Management/Facility Management/Safety & Security and Audit. Worked as Director Operations & HR with INFINITI Building Solutions P LTD providing services for Fire and Automation for Projects and MEP Services. Worked as Head - Property Management, Assistant Vice President managing over 3.9 Million Office space with Ascendas Hyderabad for past over 11 years and over a decade and half in the field of Hotel Management Operation and Technical services. Have achieved milestones like Platinum IGBC, LEED USGBC Platinum, National Energy Efficiency Award and Best Landscape Awards for Properties in Hyderabad for Ascendas Hyderabad. Started the career as Electrical Engineer conducting Energy Audits for Bulk drug plants, Cement plants, spinning mills, petro-chemicals and Star Hotels and later moved over to Operations & Management. Has been instrumental in energy management and conservation and represented in different forums to promote energy and water management and conservation. Promote public transport, car-pooling and waste recycling.
